No scratches on either front or back sapphire crystals, no significant dings or scratches on bezel, case or bracelet.  All pictures are of actual watch and contents. This is an original IWC Big Pilot Ref 5004 (manufactured circa 2007 or so). Identifiable as an original Big Pilot 5004 as evidenced by the triangle at the top of the dial at 12:00 functioning as the 12:00 indicator (whereas 5009 model features triangle with dots below 12:00 indicator).
