An unusual find in Patek Philippe’s catalogue with a C-shape case, this reference offered various dial designs, including a simple matte silvered and navy variant, or a guilloché Calatrava cross dial as seen on the present timepiece. Extra-flat and powered by the cal. 23-300, the manual movement is also stamped with the Geneva seal. A well-preserved example with defined edges and facets throughout which are vulnerable under polishing, the timepiece is furthermore complete with its Certificate of Origin, Japan guarantee and presentation box.
